València held the 3rd Multiplier Event on Language Rights Day

Ferran Suay, President of ELEN (European Network for Linguistic Equality), which brings together more than a hundred associations of peoples with minority languages from 22 European states, including Scotland, Wales, Flanders, Brittany, Basque Country, German minorities …), presented the web platform “Territorial languages as an employability tool for adult people” as an example of collaboration between European associations (among which ACPV) with a proposal of positive linguistic promotion, as a good practice that first allows to add synergies, second to learn from what is being done in Europe in language policy, and third to emphasize the value of language also as a factor of employability and, therefore, as an element not only of identity or social cohesion, but also of work interest and personal promotion.

“Territorial Languages as a Employability Tool for Adult People” a.k.a. “Lang4Jobs” is a strategic network of educational organisations searching to increase employability and inclusion of adult people by use of multilingualism, digital competences and ICT benefits.
